Direct Access

Chambers undertakes Public Access work.

Members of the Public, Commercial and Non Commercial entities are able to instruct Barristers directly under the Public Access Scheme.

We are able to provide legal advice and draft documents.

We can negotiate on behalf of clients and can also attend without prejudice meetings and meetings of a similar nature on their behalf.

We are able to represent clients in Courts and Tribunals.

We are also able to represent clients in Mediations.
